My name is Nicole Slate and I am doing my blog on Women Self Defense. I chose this topic because I believe that I am an independent women myself that likes taking care of herself and looked into learning self defense for my own well being and then decided to put into this blog. I believe every women should know atlest a little bit about self defense if every the time comes to where the need to defend there selves. Its better to be prepared then not at all.
