This blog that I created talks about women's self defense. I designed the blog to inform women on why they should be learning on how to defend themselves when they are put into dangerous situations.
One of the most common types of crime is rape, and mostly to women. The rape actions are usually by people the women already know as well. The reason why rape is such a common crime is because its not just about the sexual actions but the feeling of dominance from one person to another. Even though rape is a major reason for a woman to defend themselves, there are many other occurrences that women have on why they should defend themselves like when being mugged.
Women defense is defending the well-being of one self or others around you.
