One reason why I chose to do self defense as my topic is because of all the negative news. I have mentioned about posting these writings to warn women on why they should stay safe. But all over the news you mostly hear bad events happening and not usually good ones anymore. As I posted on my right sidebar on my blog, it shows streaming news and with it most days you see atleast one or two negative event occurring and a lot of times it has something to do with assault. Assault to not only women but everyone has become much more common. Although people are not taking it seriously. That's another reason why I chose to make this blog on self defense, to show people how common assault is and that its even more common with women as well. That's why I showed tips about self defense and reasons why people should learn how to defend them selves.
